We believe in making our communities better places to live, work and visit. We serve to strengthen each community we are part of by being the neighbor that every neighborhood wants.
Your organization will have the opportunity to sell Puttshack gift cards in $25 increments to your members, supporters, and community. At the end of the program period, Puttshack will sell the total gift card orders to your organization at a discounted rate of $20 per card, allowing your organization to keep the difference!
Your organization can host an event at Puttshack, where 20% of sales from each 9-hole mini golf game will be donated to your cause! We’ll generate a special booking link for your guests to reserve their mini golf games during your event. Please note, this program is available exclusively on Mondays through Wednesdays, from 4-7pm or 5-8pm

Thank you for considering Puttshack to be a part of your important cause! We appreciate you and understand that it takes a village to make a difference! Let us know how we can help your organization’s mission through monetary donation, volunteer efforts, and/or hosting a fundraiser.
Please note that to help us fulfill requests for donations, sponsorships and volunteers, we kindly ask that applications be completed online and submitted at least 30 days – but no more than 90 days – prior to the event date. Not all requests can be accommodated; please see our FAQ’s below for who we do and do not donate to. If your request is fulfilled, you will receive confirmation and instructions for pickup via email.

What is the donation criteria?
To qualify for a donation from Puttshack, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Organization’s focus is aligned with Puttshack’s Core Values.
- Event/organization is located within 40 miles of Puttshack location.
- Event reaches large local or national audience and serves the greater good.
- Organization’s focus is one of the following categories:
- Education
- Military
- Golf
- Health & Wellness/Welfare
- Animals
- Disaster Relief
What criteria does Puttshack not provide charitable donations to?
In order to maintain focus, Puttshack does not provide charitable donations to:
- Individuals
- Political Parties or Advocacy Groups
- Religious Groups
- Private Schools
- Third Parties Raising Funds for Charity
What else should I be aware of when submitting a donation request?
By submitting this application, your organization agrees that the information is accurate to your knowledge and to identify Puttshack as an event sponsor with the use of company logo.
