HOW LONG DOES A GAME LAST?
Each game is 9 holes and takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on how busy the course is and amount of people in the group.
ARE LARGE GROUPS WELCOME?
Groups up to 12 can book mini golf online. To play together groups over 13 must submit an inquiry here.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
We welcome kids into all our venues until 8 p.m. All children must be supervised by an adult. We recommend that children aged 7+ play as it can be challenging for younger players.
CAN I DRINK & EAT WHILE PLAYING?
Our mini golf courses have tables to place drinks at each hole! However, no food is allowed while playing mini golf, so we ask that you eat in our restaurant area before or after your games.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No. Puttshack has no dress code. We want all guests to feel comfortable in the venue – just be dressed to make sure you can get your best swing on when playing golf.
IS PUTTSHACK ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! Some of our courses are ADA compliant. If you have any ADA requests, please see an associate when arriving at the venue for accommodations.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
We sure do, we have a wide range of dishes suitable for all ages.
WHAT COURSE WILL I BE ON? CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC COURSE?
The system is designed to allocate the course that is best suited for your group size at that particular time. If you do have a specific request or ADA requirement, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR BOOKING?
If you plan to eat before your game we recommend 1 hour before. If you plan to play first we recommend at least 15 minutes before your tee time.
CAN WE STAY IN THE VENUE ONCE WE ARE DONE PLAYING MINI GOLF?
Where else would you go? There’s a bar and restaurant waiting for you.
CAN I BOOK A TABLE FOR FOOD AND DRINK?
Groups of 13+ with a pre booked package have a reserved space. For groups under 12 we’ll seat you when you show up. Don’t worry, our venues have lots of space for everyone.
CAN I BRING MY TINY DOG IN? HE’S POTTY TRAINED…
Hundreds of dogs chasing balls? Funny, but not practical. Service-dogs are always welcome though.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK A GAME OF MINI GOLF IN ADVANCE?
We recommend booking online to secure your round of mini golf, especially during peak hours.
CAN I REDEEM MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION AT ONCE?
Only one promotion code or reward can be redeemed per booking. Any free game promos will only be applied to one player in a booking.
CAN I ADD A GAME OF MINI GOLF ON AFTER I PLAY?
If we have space, of course! Check the kiosks in the venue or speak to one of our associates who will be more than happy to help.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
You may cancel or change your mini golf booking 12 hours or more before your tee time. If you cancel your booking with at least 12 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking with fewer than 12 hours until your tee time, you will unfortunately not receive a refund and will be charged for the cost of your reservation.
CAN I JUST WALK IN AND PLAY WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
If you prefer to live life on the edge and go the walk-in route, please note walk-ins are not guaranteed, and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
MY GROUP OF 12 PEOPLE WANT TO PLAY TOGETHER? HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?
Each Puttshack hole is designed to allow up to 6 people to play at once. If you have a group of 7-12 people, they will be playing right before or ahead of you. You will get to decide on who plays in which group.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Guest under the age of 21 are welcome up to 8:00 pm. The last tee time available to under 21’s is 7:00 pm.
*Puttshack Houston, St. Louis, Miami locations: Guests under the age of 18 are welcome after 8:00 pm. The last tee time available to under 18’s is 7:00 pm.*

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING A BIT LATE? WILL I LOSE MY SPOT?
We ask that you ensure that you and your group are ready to play at the start of your booking tee time. If your group is not ready to play within ten (10) minutes of your tee time, your reservation will either be canceled or pushed back to the next available tee time for a group of your size.
CAN I BOOK ONLINE AND PAY AT THE VENUE WHEN I ARRIVE?
No, but you are welcome to make your booking online or at our venue. We do require full payment at the time of all bookings.

WHY DO ALL PLAYERS HAVE TO REGISTER?
At the heart of Puttshack is our proprietary gaming software and similar to other gaming platform, it requires players to set up a profile. Player Profiles enable our patented golf balls to be assigned to you, record every shot, and register your score on our digital scoreboards. In the future, you’ll be able to keep track of your historical performance and compete for the #1 spot. Stay tuned!
CAN I ADD/REMOVE PEOPLE FROM MY BOOKING?
Depending on availability, if making changes at least 12 hours prior to your tee-time, you can add or remove players online by clicking the Manage Booking button in your booking confirmation.
Also depending on availability, you may be able to add players when you arrive at the venue but this is not guaranteed.
WHAT IS A SCREENNAME AND HOW CAN I CREATE/CHANGE MINE?
Creating a screenname is a way for you to show off your personality at Puttshack! Your screenname will appear on the scoreboards during and after your game of mini golf. You can always update your screenname later if you’re feeling a need for a change.
HOW CAN I GET THE FINAL SCORES OF THE MINI GOLF GAME I JUST PLAYED?
Mini golf scores will automatically be sent to each player’s email address after the round is finished.

WHAT ARE SOME PRO TIPS?
- Don’t swap balls with people in your group. Treasure it. It is part of you now.
- It doesn’t matter what order your names appear on the screen. You can play in any order.
- Keep the putter head below your knees, wild swings are the opposite of cool. Like happy Gilmore, Tap tap tap it in.
- Follow the arrows on the floor or the colored numbers above the holes.
- The last hole, you have just one shot to get your score and has to be done last as it ends the game.
HOW DOES THE GAME WORK?
Our balls are the best in the game. When your register as a player, your information is assigned to your ball, and it records every shot – good or bad.
WHAT IF THERE IS A TIE AT THE END OF A GAME?
Ties are rare but they do happen! If two or more players end up with the same score at the end of the game, our technology-scoring system will give the advantage to the people with the fastest/shortest play time.
WHAT IS A SUPERTUBE?
Here’s a pro tip for you: Look out for those green, lit-up holes while playing. Those are Supertubes and each one is worth 10+ points and can help anybody achieve underdog goals.

I WON A PRIZE ON THE PRIZE WHEEL! HOW CAN I CLAIM THIS?
Everyone loves prizes, if you’re lucky enough to win a prize, please let our associate know after your round of mini golf is finished and they will verify you won and claim your prize.
